Perhaps it was wrong to insist that there is a need to work things out even when the fundamental difference glares back.
Perhaps there is no better way than waiting for only time can tell.
Perhaps it is time to move on for there is no complete understanding at all.
Perhaps it is also why the failure rate of the US mergers and acquisitions are so high, at 40-80% since it takes more than what you see to bring about synergy. It is afterall, two companies which started off with different visions, with different workplace cultures and different systems. Mergers and acquisitions cant work by just running them like there is no difference.
Perhaps a better due dilligence should have been done.
