This is the River taxi that we took from ChidLom to Khao San. HAha... Its more scary than the normal taxis on the road. Its like really Intense... One of these boat was late at Chidlom... and like 20 people literally got onto the boat from the sides... (forget about the way people board the boat rides at singapore river, all the one by one and slow boarding doesnt apply here). Some of them can even squeeze in and they hung on to the sides. If you see carefully on the side, near the roof of the boat, there is this white rope. Yeah, you hold on to that and jump into the boat. Basically boarding is not restricted to just one corner. The whole length of the boat by the platform is for boarding. I survived!! Though i was wearing a dress... The alighting and boarding of the boat took less than 5 min. YES... and Somehow, we got a free ride cos nobody collected money from us. AHah... A great experience and alternative to get away from the Jams on the road.
