This marks the beginning of an end.
Finally things are formalized.
I think being given the opportunity to run HR is truly a blessing in disguise. It is a lifelong benefit and has certainly changed the way I see and look at HR as well as how I deal with HR of new companies.
I hope tat is the best thing for me in 2011 and that marks a very important turning point as well.
